Jonathan Riley is an Associate Professor of the Murphy Institute of Political Economy and the Department of Political Science, both at Tulane University. He is also the author of Liberal Utilitarianism and the World Classics edition of Mill’s Principles of Political Economy and Chapters on Socialism.
