Adult educators must measurably ensure and continuously improve the quality of their work. In the 3rd up-dated edition Stefanie Hartz and Klaus Meisel disseminate the required methodical basic knowledge. In particular, the authors deal with the topic evaluation, which represents a traditionally pedagogic access to the quality development issues. Furthermore, the text includes the presentation and evaluation of supra-regionally relevant quality management models within the continuous development area of the Federal Republic of Germany.
